Krista has always been able to pick up on the feelings, thoughts, emotions, and needs of others. Throughout her upbringing, this ability felt isolating and always left Krista feeling different than those around her. This gift gradually developed throughout the entirety of her hairdressing career. She honed in on it during her spiritual awakening in the mountains. Krista moved onto the prairies and really took time and space to do some deep healing within, leading her to discover reiki and the impact it can have.

After experiencing a lot of loss, grief, and trauma throughout her teens and early adult life, she was finally able to turn this pain into her purpose.

Since that time, Krista has dedicated her time and energy to holding space for those who are looking to empower, connect, grow and become more aware of themselves.

Krista’s clients find her intuitive sessions emotional but up-lifting, insightful, transformative and powerful. She holds space for people all over the world including Australia, Panama, Mexico, the UK, all over the US, and Canada.
